Confirmation on refund request

    Hi there, I am sorry for any inconveniences it may cause. I was quite surprised that it was charged immediately for 1-year-plan, I was hoping I can have some time for trials before payment.
    Therefore I have deleted my domain and clear the plan, can I confirm whether I can get my purchase refunded? I understand the procedure will take some time, I just want to make sure I did not make any money mistake.
    I will get to know the site properly with the free plan before purchase my own domain.

    The refund was sent today. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
