Conflict nameserver domain website and webmail server DNS

  When I want to login to my webmail based domain webmail.foodandfitcept.nl , the dns record will send me to the website.
  A helpdesk support told me to change the CNAME DNS to webmail.foodandfitcept.nl CNAME ox.hostnet.nl. So I add it to my DNS domain but it will not change. Any suggestions?

  The best way to keep your mailserver with your domain registrar is to use the instructions here:
