    I am trying to make changes to various pages on my website. Changes are being saved but when I look/go to the website the changes aren’t being made. . . there is a disconnect between what is showing on the back end v. what shows on the actual website.

    Also, I am taking over as lead on the website. How do I pay and get full access?

    You could be assigned as one of multiple administrators. See the User Roles support page.

    Alternatively, the present owner has the ability to transfer ownership of the site to you. You may direct them to the Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account support page.

    Could you provide an example? It sounds like you may be in a trial version at Customize > Custom Design. You may have to upgrade to a premium or businesss plan for some design features to be available.
