  I have a blog that I registered on a premium plan. I also appear to have created another platform. I am confused because I can edit one platform but not the other. Do you have online phone support? many thanks, Kevin

  I can help you get this sorted out right here. We don’t have phone support. All of our help comes through online channels. That way as we can share links and screenshots to help, etc…

  Thank you for responding.

  I am unsure as to what went wrong. It’s like I have 2 domain names but cannot access the one that I paid for.

  It looks like you have two different accounts, created with two different usernames and email addresses.

  Log out of the independentsocialresearchblog account you’re using to post here, and then log back in using your other email address at which you would have received the receipts for your premium plan purchase.
