Confused!.!

Hello, I am soo confused atm. I have a website with bluehost and when I am editing my website, it takes me through wordpress. But this wordpress it takes me through seems to be different.. I already have a website called Bliss-jours.com but my website is not the one registered to the account im sending you this message through. Additionally, I was actually going to message regarding the page attributes option that is found on when I try to edit a page. On the page attributes section there is no option for template section where I wanted to choose Elementor full width. So yea, Im pretty confused atm. Please can you help me.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
So, you’ll log in to it through https://www.bliss-jours.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
And, you can find support for Elementor at https://elementor.com/support/
With that said, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
