Confusing/ambiguous website setup, need a refund
-
Hi there, I currently have two charges on my visa card for business accounts but I would like a refund for both. You have refunded me one already, but i would like the second charge to be refunded too. I am trying to create a site with google domains, wordpress.org and bluehost, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to pay using bluehost when you have so much intertwined capability. I accidentally (?) signed up for wordpress.com twice and i need to get a refund. I also deactivated an account on wordpress.com and cannot access it any longer. I was given an option for a refund for one bill but I couldn’t find a refund option for the second bill. I have no problem paying for your service, in fact I want too, but it is very confusing and needlessly ambiguous in some parts. Honestly, I wish an admin could just help me clean up my accounts and help me get my payment through the proper channels, this is becoming a headache, and I am considering going back to Django.

Hi there,
I have refunded the cancelled Business Plan in this account.

If you wish to host your site with Bluehost, you have to contact them directly to make payment.
You can manage a site with Bluehost (or any hosting provider) through a WordPress.com account by using the Jetpack plugin, but you don’t pay anything to us related to the hosting costs for such a site.
There are premium subscriptions available for the Jetpack plugin, and that you can buy from us, but that only adds security and backup features to your existing site. It has nothing to do with any costs you have at your hosting provider.
