Confusing Dashboard on Page and Appearance

    Hi, could you please explain to me why when I’m opening new pages in the dashboard but the preview is follow according the appearance editor pages. And the appearance editor open a new pages in another name, will always same as the fist pages I added. When I try to edit the 2nd pages I added, it will change the design of 1st added pages. I can’t add the 2nd pages. how can I solve this?

    Other from this, please give me some idea for the personal and business plan difference. Can I try to publish my website with free, and subscribe the plan when the website is smooth to run?
