Confusion on what I can sell and what is prohibited

    Hello,

    I have an outdoor recreation store that also deals in firearms and accessories. My confusion lies with there being FFL plugins for the proper paperwork to be filed for the ATF and having multiple plugins associated with the firearms side and firearms allegedly being prohibited from sale.

    As someone who is in this business of being outdoor oriented and serving every part of the outdoors without excluding anyone, we’re finding it hard to be able to thrive as a small business.

    Could you please clarify if firearms, accessories and ammunition can be sold or do you just allow the plugins to be uploaded but unusable?

    Hi @zerohour1, I can’t speak to the legal requirements for selling firearms online, but I can say our hosting service does not currently allow sites that sell weapons:

    You’ll want to work with any legal experts you need to ensure you’re set up properly and find a host that supports your configuration.
