Confusion over what kind of site I have.

    Hi there, I paid for a plan on May 27th. Now I came back to work on it a bit, and it says that I have a free plan. Being a little confused I checked my credit card and yes I did pay for something. Then I checked my email and in the spam folder was something that appeared to be from Word Press saying my domain name was in danger? So what’s going on? Also how do I talk to a Word Press employee rather then a community forum?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you must have two WordPress.com accounts because the account you are contacting us from has no history of purchases. Do you remember the other WordPress.com account that you own? If so, please log into that account and post in this thread for us to take a look at what’s going on.

    Anyone with a free plan receives community forum support and the account you are under has no paid plan under it – it must be under your other account.

    You can also fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

    Thank you, yes I am an idiot. I had started to set it up through the one email, and then used a different one. I found it thanks!
