    I am trying to access my site via my email invoice and the site redirects me to another a free site login in. whereas I have paid a subscription!
    I would like to speak to someone rather than a text message to discuss . how does one contact the team via phone??????

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? The account you’re using to post here only owns a free site, https://fionabuckingham.wordpress.com/, that has never been modified since its creation three years ago, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us.

    If you received a receipt for a paid upgrade via email, log out of this account, and then log in using the email address at which you received that receipt. You should also be able to request a password reset using that email address if necessary.

    We do not provide phone support on WordPress.com, so there’s no way for you to call us.
