Connect Domain – error message

  Hi, I have had my website for a year, all of a sudden the website is not working, when I went to WP to see that the domain was still mapped, there is no domain connected. I then tried to connect by using a domain I own and following thru to the cart to pay for the connect and an error message keeps show *sorry this plan is not compatible with this site*. it will not let me connect my go daddy domain ? Thanks in advance

  Are you looking to use: reefannabay.com.au ?

  If yes this domain is hosted and pointing toward GoDaddy.

  For reefannabaycomau.wpcomstaging.com it looks like this was on the business plan, but this has now expired.
