  I purchased a entrepreneur subscription plan (annual amount) 5 days ago and have not seen any changes to my profile. It is still listed as “free account” and there is zero purchase history shown in the purchase history section. I have proof of payment and posted transaction statements from my bank with reference number. However the wordpress customer support is virtually nonexistent with any live support.
  
  Would really appreciate some live support rather than being directed in circles by the ai generated responses.
