Connect my blog to my websites

  Hello
  I am trying to connect my blog to my two websites, http://www.transformleaders.ca and http://www.mcloughlinmedia.com How do I do that, so that visitors to my websites can click on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site http://www.mcloughlinmedia.com/ has a “Blog” item in the left sidebar menu or widget area which links to a page that has a link to a blogspot.com blog. You may add a link to the WordPress.com blog on that page, or create another item in the menu/widget area that links directly to the WordPress.com blog. You might title two sidebar items something like “Blogspot blog” and “WordPress.com blog” to differentiate between them.
