Connect with Mailchimp Pop-up Form / HTML Code Editing

    Sir/Madam,
    We’ve been trying to integrate Mailchimp pop-up form with our wordpress website. However, we cannot close the pop-up form window and there seems to have other bugs in it too. We reached out to mailchimp and this is the message they sent to us:

    ‘both the code for the pop up form the one that has src=’//downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/unique-methods/embed.js’ data-dojo-config=’usePlainJson:
    and the chimpstatic code that is automatically added when you publish the code from the Mailchimp app to a list with a connected site. This would be what is causing the conflict and so recommend removing the first one using the data-dojo code from your HTML source code editor.’

    May I know from where we can edit the HTML code?

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.

    The only way to add a Mailchimp form on WordPress.com without upgrading to our Business Plan is via our Mailchimp widget.
