  By default, we don’t provide the option to connect a WordPress.com site with Zendesk so I recommend looking for a plugin which supports this kind of integration. It’s worth noting that custom plugins are only supported on the Business plan:

  I don’t have any experience with this particular plugin though, so you would need to do some research into whether it would be suitable for what you want to do.
