Connecting a button so visitor can send me email

  Hi, I use the Nook theme and want to connect a few things to my email and social.

  1. The sidebar has a mail button, but I don’t know how to connect it so the visitors can email me. I want something like this: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_link_mail. When visitors click the mail button, they can choose which email they want to use to email me. I tried to put some HTML code, but it didn’t work.

  

  2. How can I connect my social to the button on the footer?
