The domain ArtHeart.ca is not registered here at WordPress.com, but instead is a domain registered with Go Get Canada Domains based on what I see here: https://gwhois.org/ArtHeart.ca+dns
Have you tried contacting Go Get Canada Domains for help with connecting your domain to Wix? This is not something we are able to help with here at WordPress.com
