Connecting FTP with Filezilla

  I am trying to connect my website server through FTP with Filezilla, but somehow I just could not connect. Wondering what host, user name I should type in order to connect? Thanks for helping.

  wordpress.com does not allow FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to any WordPress.com blogs for security reasons, https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
