Connecting my Bluehost and WordPress Accounts

Hello. I bought Bluehost as my Domain Server just a few months ago specifically because it states that my WordPress account may be connected with Bluehost. Upon trying to transfer my site, it is requesting that I pay even more money than I already have and I am wondering how I go about making the transfer without doing so because I have already spent of $300 for this.

Just to clarify, you have a domain that you purchased through Bluehost. I take it your site is also hosted through Bluehost as well? You want to move your domain and site over to WordPress.com, but you do not want to pay another charge because you already paid Bluehost $300. Is that correct?
So, there is a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org and you can read on the difference here:
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers.
Therefore, if you are wanting to move to WordPress.com, you will need to pay for a plan to host your domain registration with us:
