Connecting my domain name to another website provider

Hi I purchased http://www.thelightswitch.life with you back in November 2018 – I would like to connect this to a website I created via Wix.com but am unable to find details of my domain account or how to connect from you to Wix at all… Please help ASAP!

In order to make changes to that domain you have to be logged into the WordPress.com account you used to buy that domain.
The account you’re using to post here in the forums is a completely different account, only created a week after that domain was purchased, and it owns no sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.
For security reasons I cannot give you details on the account that owns the domain.
In the process of buying that domain you would have received several emails, both to verify your account and the domain, and when we sent you a purchase receipt. Please log out of this WordPress.com account, and use the email address where you received those emails to log in/reset your password for the correct account:

Once you provide verification that you own the account via that form we can provide you with the correct email address and help you regain access to it.
