  My name is Caroline Clark and I purchased the following domain:
  [www.rightwayclean.co.uk] from you.
  I have built a site on Wix.com.
  Please connect my domain to the following DNS (name servers):
  NS0.WIXDNS.NET
  NS1.WIXDNS.NET

  Or advise how to send a personal email request or how go about to get the above connection executed.

  Hi Caroline,

  The domain rightwayclean.co.uk is not registered at WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact your domain registrar (where you purchased the domain) to point that domain to Wix.

  I checked your domain’s public information here:

  http://whois.domaintools.com/rightwayclean.co.uk

  Based on that, it looks like your domain was registered at Names.co.uk. You can contact them for more help with your domain name.
