Connecting my WordPress Site to FileZilla

  Hi, I’m having difficulty connecting my wordpress site to filezilla. I’ve gone through this tutorial (https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_FileZilla) and it doesn’t work. It gives me an error saying ‘Connection attempt failed with ‘ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server.’

  Can you please help me get my site connected?

  We do not allow FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to any WordPress.com blogs. Please see our support page on alternatives to using FTP:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  FTP is for sites hosted on WordPress.org.

  To clear up any confusion between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (the self-hosted version of the software that anybody can install at their web host), please refer to http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ .
