Connecting to Filezilla

  I am new to wordpress, and i wanted to upload a template into my account. I was recommended by all the forums to use filezilla.

  Now I have downloaded it, followed the steps as per the wordpress.
  1. Put the ftp, used the host as my website transpiral.wordpress.com
  2. use port 21
  3. typed in a normal account
  4. put in the passwords and user name

  and I keep getting cant connect to server, please help

  We do not have FTP access here on WordPress.com and cannot upload external themes to our sites.
