Connecting to LinkedIn and Facebook

I have four pages on Facebook but WordPress only offers to connect me to the three subsidiary pages and not to my main page. With LinkedIn I don’t know what the problem is, but I can’t persuade WordPress to connect my WordPress page to my LinkedIn profile. Why not? It always worked before they jazzed up the interface.

Hi there,
Facebook only allows a single connection to Publicize. This means that if that fourth page you’re referring to is under a different account you won’t be able to connect it. To get around this, you can manually share your posts on that Facebook page.
As for LinkedIn, I can see that you can successfully connected your account.

My problem is that it is not connecting me to the principal account under which the three offered are subsidiary, or at least, that’s what I thought they are since the account I cannot access is the one under which I created the others. But it might be this new Facebook Container on Firefox is blocking them, but then, why let me connect to the other three??
I did it manually, that’s as good as any a method, so problem solved. Thanks for your help.
