Connecting to my works website

  My work gave me access to their wordpress website under the user name Nicole. I’ve gotten into it once or twice but every time I try to login it says my password is wrong so i have to reset it. So i reset it. i log out and log in only to have the same problem. Today I tried to log in via link but the link does not arrive. I tried to get a code to access it but the code doesn’t arrive. I tried to reset the password but the email does not arrive. I can log into a seperate account thats under my email address but its not linked to my companies website. Is it possible to merge the ‘Nicole’ account and the ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ account into one account? The login issues may have something to do with my stupid computer but if I can access the backend of refreshevolution.com from (email visible only to moderators and staff) that would probably help.
