Connecting with this accout and bank account issues

    I am an admin on that site, I did not create it and the domain is held by a partner of mine, James. I am an admin with this email over there and I as the company accountant created the business bank account, obtained our company legals etc. I connected our bank account and it says it is sending transfers but NONE have come in. It is very worrying because the money in the ‘queue’ is fluctuating as if it is depositing to our bank account but I have seen none in the actual account.
