Connection with WP blogs

It’s for, at least, five hours from now, that I can not connect through Internet with my blog or with any other WP blog, except by the reader, and here with limitations, because when I try to reach the original page, I cannot either. Imagine what does mean for a fervent blogger. Hope you can help me.

Hello Shawna! – My ISP is 'BANDA ANCHA S.A.' -The hostname of My internet connection is 'pc-193-144-86-200.cm.vtr.net'. – My IP 200.86.144.193- Of the four links you gave I could only access the forth one, http://wordpress.com/, which is the link I am now using to partially get partial information about my blog. Thank you.

Great! I’m so glad everything is working now. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for working with us to identify and resolve the issue.
We have some automated security measures in place that prevent access from IP addresses that are seen as abusive or possibly harmful to WordPress.com. Your ISP routes traffic to the USA (and possibly other countries) for many of their customers over a small number of IP addresses, so in this case, one bad actor on the network caused multiple customers to get blocked from accessing WordPress.com. We have identified the IP addresses in question and worked around this issue for now.
