Consolidated accounts?

  • Unknown's avatar

I created a wordpress site using an email address years ago. Recently, I purchased a new website using the same email address via signing into Google. Apparently your system didn’t think that was an issue at the time, but when I tried to log in and make changes, it asked me to consolidate the accounts.

Now I no longer have access to my paid website.

    How do I resolve this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The other site is actualplaypodcastschool.com

Also it’s stupid I have to post a forum post and not have access to a support email.

  • Hi there,

Can you please give the address of the site you’re trying to access? Then we can advise you of the options available, but there’s no way to help you without that information.

Also it’s stupid I have to post a forum post and not have access to a support email.

Email support is available to owners of all paid upgrades. The account you’re using to post here only owns one site on our free plan.

As I stated, the site I’m trying to access is actualplaypodcastschool.com

  • That domain belongs to the username account, actualplaypodcastschool. That account is not associated with the same email address as you’re using for the silzero account.

If you cannot remember the correct login details for that account, please follow our account recovery process here:

Once you’ve verified your ownership of that account, we can help you log back into it.
