  You can buy a domain from us and point it to a WordPress site at another hosting provider, yes:

  https://wordpress.com/es/support/dominios/registro-de-dominios-sin-crear-ningun-sitio/

  But if you want to host your site with another provider, it would be simpler to just buy your domain directly with them instead.
