  Hi, I want to do something similar to my friend’s site https://2ofharts.com/. I have a popup (mailchimp) window at opening, but I want a separate ‘contact me’ page. I can easily create a page, or a form, but how do I make the page display the form? thanks.

  A contact form can be embedded in to any post or page. Have you seen these instructions already?

  There’s also a block now that you can use with the new editor.
