  Is it possible to get a cancellation and full refund for both charges $99 and $19?

  Also, when will the domain be available for purchase again?

  I bought a domain so I wanted to see http://www.beyoutifulkids.com directed to my blog. I also wanted to customize the front page by adding my biz logo and couldn’t figure it out. Setting up an email forwarding with my domain was not simple on my end.
  I got several suggestions to build my site on WordPress and thought I was very tech savvy until now :)…. perhaps this system is a bit more advanced than I thought?

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed for the $99 WordPress.com Premium upgrade.

  Also, when will the domain be available for purchase again?

  It does not look like beyoutifulkids.com was canceled totally. I have set it back up to point to your WordPress.com site. If you wish, I can help you cancel it and refund the payment.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain beyoutifulkids.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using beyoutifulkids.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

  Thank you for making this process easier. Don’t cancel it. How can I use that domain for a shopify acct? Can I integrate both wordpress and shopify?

  You can change your nameservers to point to a different webhost using these instructions:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  It looks like Shopify has instructions for setting up a custom domain here:

  Using Shopify with WordPress.com requires the WordPress.com Business Upgrade:
