  Dear WordPress, I have had difficulty in accessing my site and knowing the web address. I created it and paid for it in 2015, because I have not been able to access, until now when I had a notifiction from Paypal automatically renewing the subsricption; I was then able to access the account. However I have not used it over the 2 years.
  I need to talk to someone via email about this difficulty, but have not been able to find a suitable contact email. I have had to set up another website so that I have a usable one, the name I’ve used is almost identical to the one this one, so it’s been very confusing. Please help.

  catherinegreenwood1.co.uk is not registered

  http://catherinegreenwood.co.uk is hosted by NameCheap, not by wordpress.com. And was not purchased through wordpress.COM.

  Hello,

  I had a notifiction from Paypal automatically renewing the subsricption; I was then able to access the account.

  There are no purchases on the account you are logged in to. I’ll follow up with you by email for more information. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.

  – yes, I have registered a new address with Name Cheap as I couldn’t get access to the other one that I’ve been billed for for 2 years!
