    I’m trying to remove and old email address which is no longer in use from your records. I can ADD one but I cannot find anywhere I can REMOVE one. Your help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

    You can free up an email address by changing the account email address of the account presently associated with that email address:

    From the Issues Changing your Email Address section of the Update Email Address support page:

    …you can log in to the account currently using your desired email address and change it to something else. Once changed, you can then reuse the email on a different account.
