  I would like to change our contact email address. I do not have login credentials but the person who had them previously has left the company. Please send me information to update contact information within our portfolio for domain veteransrideshare.com

  Hi there,

  The site veteransrideshare.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Rackspace Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Rackspace also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

  However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through Rackspace, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  You can ask Rackspace support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
