  Dear WordPress,

  i have this blog http://liquidcommunication.wordpress.com/2009/10/01/il-turista-2-0/ and i would like to insert the contact form (plugin) , but as far i can see there is no way under the widget panel to add is . I saw i i have to upload it in the wp contnent folder but how can i access it on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No plugins in wp.COM blogs. The contact form is inserted via a simple shortcode – see here:
