  Please I urgently need to put the contact form on one of my pages. When I finish designing the form and try to paste it on my page do not see a short code. It does not work. Can you help? thank you very much.

  Are you sure that you’re following this guide to create the form?

  If so, can you please tell us what browser (and version of) you’re using?

  Yes, I followed the directions on the page http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ but nothing happens. I tried google chrome browser version 16.0.912.77 m and Internet Explorer version 9.
  What is happening? Why not enter the short code in my page?

  Are you modifying the default form, if so, how? Hopefully I can reproduce the problem.

  Yes, I’m putting a new field: Phone contact and then the Comments field. Then save the fields and then click Add this form to my post.

  Well, the solution was to go to HTML and
  take the short code (because it appeared there!). Then copy and paste this code in the text of the page and it worked. So I did!
