  My .com site is live but I don’t seem to be getting any response from the contact form.

  Are you talking about your site http://whatsbehindthebadge.com/? We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  It seems I have spent all morning just going around in circles. I am now confused, do not know what I am supposed to do. I signed up with and have a WordPress site, but all I can get is: “no-one can help me go to”….. I click a link and round I go again. I only want to know why my comment form is saying thank you for your feedback we will be in touch soon, but I cannot find any trace of the feedback.

  These forums are only for sites running on the wordpress.com platform which is completely different from and totally unrelated to sites using the open source wordpress.org, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
