  I have a simple subscribe form that I want to have site visitors to use to be able to sign up to the emailing list. I have almost all the fields in the Mail tab correct except for the subject, which should include the email of the visitor. I have enabled HTML content and am trying to use the email tag generated from the Form tab but the subject of the email only shows the tag and not the user inputted email.
