Contact form 7 amend label font color

  I’m trying with no success to change the color of the field labels so they can be seen on a white page http://www.flamencodance.co.uk/philipjamesphotographer.com/?page_id=401.
  I’ve messed with the css to no avail.
  Can anyone help?
