Contact form 7 doesn’t send emails

    Hello. My website seems to be having an email issue. I’ve been using wordpress in my website and the wordpress contact form 7 plugin doesn’t send emails. I already asked my hosting provider and Google support to fix this issue and they helped me to add G suite synthetic record in the DNS section of Google domain dashboard. and Now it has been more than three days and It hasn’t been working still. I don’t think it is an email server issue. It might be a plugin problem.

    Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to tell on our end — these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

    Have your host check to see if the mail is even attempting to go out. You might also check other services within WordPress that send email to see if those have issues, too. If it’s limited to the plugin, you’ll want to contact their support directly.
