Contact form 7 transmit pdf files attachment, but not working when I upload word document (doc,docx).

    Hi, Thank you in advance for the help.
    I am using contact form 7, but I am having trouble receiving test email from contact form when I attach a word document as attachment, however, my form works when the attachment is pdf or jpg, below is the code, I believe I have covered the file type.

    Upload Resume ((pdf, doc or jpg)<br /
    [file your-file limit:1mb filetypes:doc|docx|jpg|jpeg|pdf limit:5mb]
    [submit ‘Send’]

    Please help.
