Hi there,
The blog I need help with is infocus-careers.com.au.
Your website is using a self-hosted version of WordPress which is available at WordPress.org.
This forum is dedicated to WordPress.com sites, so we are only able to help you with sites build on WordPress.com
The right place to ask or seek help about your Self-hosted site is WordPress.org Forum here:
https://wordpress.org/supportTo learn the difference between WordPress.com Vs WordPress.org please visit our support document here:
Hope this helps! Thanks!

Hi there,
What email address did you change? I don’t see an email address change on your WordPress.com account, and you don’t have a custom email address set in your contact form, meaning contact form submissions should be going to the same email address set for your account at https://wordpress.com/me/account/
I don’t see any emails in our logs going to that email for contact form submissions, but that is likely because your test submissions are being flagged as spam.
Can you please try viewing the form in on incognito window in Chrome and submitting the form using more realistic content, and see if the email comes through then?

On what are you basing that assumption? If you look at this site it is very clear that it is a WordPress.com site, as it shows the WordPress.com admin bar at the top, the action bar/follow button bottom-right, and the WordPress.com attribution in the footer.

My assumption got wrong, I checked the nameservers on the whois here: https://www.whois.com/whois/infocus-careers.com.au
It showed me:
ns1.cvwdns.net
ns2.cvwdns.netSo, that’s what the reason I thought it’s self-hosted site.
But lesson learned now, that if I see the “admin bar” as you mentioned, then it will be the WP.com site.Sorry! Thanks!

Always check the site itself :)
Remember, it’s possible to point a domain to WordPress.com using A records as well, not just name servers, or someone could even have the domain not pointed here at all, but have domain masking set up at another registrar so that it still looks as if the site is mapped to the domain even though it really isn’t, so name servers on their own is not an exact indicator.
