Contact form email not sending email SOMETIMES.

  I have set up a contact/registration form for my students to register for the year, it works sometimes, I have no Idea as to why but ‘SOME’ students try to sign up but I dont recieve the email that is automatically sent when they push the submit button… SOMETIMES I Reiterate SOMETIMES the emails dont come through.

  Before anyone loses their minds, The website Im trying to fix is NOT the one listed above. Im trying to help my boss as the “Automated help service” is useless.

  It is impossible to help with this if we don’t know the actual website having the issue, as we’d have to check the site and the email logs for the specific email address for which the form is set up.

  Can you please give the URL of the correct site?

  There is no automated help service on WordPress.com. If you have access to something by that name, you’re working on a site hosted at another provider, in which case we won’t be able to help.
