Contact Form Errors – not receiving inquiries AND receiving multiple blank inquiry emails per day

    My site has a contact form, which worked great at first but has gone through phases of being unreliable, meaning that inquiry messages would not come through.
    A while back we started getting emails from the contact form with no information. They seem to be fabricated from thin air and have no data associated with them.
    How should I go about getting this fixed? It is baffling because like I said, it worked great at first.

    Also, is there such thing as actual wordpress support, or just this forum?
    If there were a way to communicate directly to customer support that would be great.

    I do not see any sites under your @rachel2501181 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    The website is resonantmastering.com
    It is hosted by our IT support company, and the domain is registered through Register.com

    It was created by someone we hired to help us develop the site, and I am an admin. I didn’t know I had multiple wordpress accounts, and don’t know why that would be the case.

    Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need to communicate directly with our IT company.
