Contact form needs updating functionally

  We have a contact form to collect info by Field Names.
  Can we then export (to excel as an example)and sort by Field Name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When you have contact form submissions you will see the option to download them as a CSV file here:

  https://honordefense.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=feedback

  That file can then be opened in any spread sheet program for further processing.
