contact form not relaying emails

    Hi all,
    we have a website for selling our new kickstarter backed product.
    for the last six months we had no emails through the website, and didn’t think much of it. recently one of our backers alerted us that they tried but never got a response.
    we checked and the contact page did not relay any messages.
    we have since changed the page and it is now dummed down but working.
    does anybody know if the emails that we didn’t see can be found anywhere?
