Contact Form Not Sending Email

I have added a contact form to my site but it doesnt appear to be sending though it does say message was sent.
I have checked the settings and tried with different email addresses but still no luck.
I have searched the forum for answers but most all relate to sites not hosted on WordPress.com.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Must add that the contact form is here bmgukcouk.wordpress.com/contact I havent linked to it on my main menu as I wanted to get it working before I release it live.

I am having the same issue. This would be a great help when solved. I’ll keep searching for a solution.

Hi there,
Our logs show that the emails are being sent – I see six emails to the email address you currently have specified in your form sent during the past two days.
If those emails are not arriving they might be getting marked as spam, or otherwise blocked or filtered by your email provider. That’s not something we have any control over.
The article you link to was published in 2012, and applies to sites using the Jetpack plugin with the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, not to WordPress.com.
Can you please confirm the site where you’re experiencing this problem so I can take a look?
Also please note for future reference that it’s better to create your own thread if you need help with a specific site, even if the issues appears the same as someone else’s. When someone creates a thread in the forums all the info from their site and account that we need to help them are automatically added in our view of the forum thread, but we don’t see that info for other commenters on a thread, so by posting in someone else’s thread not only are you forcing them to receive notifications that are not relevant to their question, but you’re also making it harder for us to help you.
