  Hello, im tring to confirm my email address but not recieving the email to confirm from your site, I have access to both the admin, exisiting and the contact, new address, but neither of them have emails, nothing in junk either.

  Hello,
  Thanks for replying, I’m talking about my WP actionelectrics.co.uk website account. It was linked to an admin account, that I never created, now I have and I’m trying to change it to a new account, but I never receive the confirmation emails.

  Ah, that site is hosted with 1&1 Ionos, so the admin account for it is completely independent of your WordPress.com account.

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

  I’ve seen other users with a similar issue as yours; I think it’s a recurring problem on WordPress.org. I’d recommend asking the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for further help with this. Here, we can’t really advise much.
