  there is a error message on my contact page instead of the form I set up but when I edit it shows that it is there. Not sure why and how to fix.

  Hi @upperelementaryantics, it says you trashed the page.

  Can you check your trash? You might restore that page, fix the form using these steps:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  … then fix the menu link.
