  If you are talking about a free wordpress.com website, it’s very easy to set up a contact form, https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/

  There’s nothing that needs to be installed. We have contact forms built right in to the WordPress.com software. Please share a bit more information about the purpose of the form, and how you see it being used. From there we can help provide more customization options.
